We stayed true to this historic home’s kitchen remodel while bringing in the modern aesthetic our client loved so much, by combining painted and natural woodwork, a bold fun wallpaper wall, and gorgeous stone slab hood.
4-story loft overlooking downtown AND the river? Heck yes. We’re so excited about this design and remodel project. Our client has a bold and slightly glam aesthetic so it was a ton of fun putting it all together for her. Come check it out!
We’re modernizing this traditional 4-square (Craftsman “light”) kitchen to be light + bright, and period-correct yet with today’s modern must-haves. We’re opening up a wall to add a peninsula, exposing the brick chimney and creating a custom butler’s pantry. Come have a look!
We begin projects by asking our clients to send us some examples of spaces they like. For this kitchen remodel project the spaces our client was inspired by encompassed two very different styles - modern and clean, and warm and eclectic. What a fun design challenge to marry these two styles in this kitchen remodel!
Learn step-by-step how we created these gorgeous sliding track doors for our client’s attic master suite closet.
This bathroom is part of a master suite remodel created from an unfinished attic space. The client's had a bold sense of style, loving the combination of navy and gold.
We love when we're working on a huge project for a client and they decide to throw in a complete kitchen gut job at the last minute. This kitchen remodel was fast and furious, and we just LOVE how it turned out.
Our friends enlisted us to give their kid's bathroom a much-needed update. Be gone 80s style and mold. Say hello to a fun, fresh and bold space their kids can enjoy for years.
Our favorite type of flip houses only need cosmetic updates and come with the expensive yet not-so-fun stuff complete (mechanical, electrical, windows, etc). That was exactly this house. Being located in a hip and creative neighborhood where the selling prices of homes are perfect for young families and first-time buyers, we went bold with our design choices to create vibrant, playful spaces. We had a blast revitalizing the living spaces in this house and giving it that wow-factor that draws in buyers.
The kitchen in this flip house was extremely outdated and in need of some major renovations. It was an easy decision to completely gut it and start with a clean slate. We took this kitchen from a dated disaster to a fun and functional space. Like the bathroom in this flip house, we went bold with our design choices while sticking to our budget.
Check out how we turned this outdated bathroom into a cool space with a tight timeline and shoestring budget.
How lucky are these kids. From a custom mint green vanity and Moroccan cement tiles I say these kids are getting an early lesson in interior design. The goal is not to be fussy and to make everything function for a busy family but while maintaining good design.
This flip was a lot of fun as we had full creative control. Of course we love coming up with ideas and being able to run with them. Who wouldn't!
From a handmade vanity and light fixtures, to an antique faucet and stripped solid brass shower fixtures, to handmade tile in Morocco, we've go to say this bathroom is getting a lot of special treatment.
This kitchen is undergoing a major transformation and it couldn't be for a more deserving family. These designs were a lot of fun and we can't wait for you to see the final b4+after reveal!
We're in love with how this kitchen is coming together. We're fortunate to have a client that is happy to push the boundaries and go with furnishings that aren't your average big-box store looks or too-trendy that they'll be everywhere in the next couple years.
Scandinavian Modern is our favorite aesthetic. And when we get a chance to completely transform a home into this style, we get very, very excited. Here is the home before we got started as well as some progress shots. Make sure to read the other post with the design plans, and then check back for some after shots in the coming months!
Our favorite aesthetic - Scandinavian Modern. Another home transformation, going from Tudor to Scandinavian modern, with a hint of rustic. Check out the designs and contact us if it inspires you to take on a remodel or interior design project with us.
While the before and after photos aren't our usual wow-factor, the list of enhancements we did to stage and remodel this house was 50+. This is why we tell realtors to call us for every house, as we can make a difference, even if it isn't your typical bath or kitchen refresh.
