Our Philosophy

Architecture + Interior Design: Every renovation project should start with the home's architecture and it's too often the piece that gets left out. It's important to focus on the whole home - how it fits in its setting, how it utilizes natural light and smart material choices,  how it considers who will live there and the furnishings that will go inside. If any one piece is left out it'll show in the end, whether you have a master suite with no logical place to put your bed, a dark living room or am improperly lit bathroom. Anyone can remodel a kitchen or add an addition, but only experts can push the boundaries and make your home an art-piece.

We'll help you push the boundaries

Build: Want to remodel but don't know who to call? We've got you covered from simple faucet and lighting swaps to new foundations. And best of all, we manage it for you so you don't have to worry about calling in a different specialist for each part of the project. Your project manager is your designer, so you can be confident that the design and budget are top-of-mind throughout the entire project. We've worked with most of our contractors for years, which means we're used to what makes each of us tick. Home building/remodel projects are often very stressful for people, especially if it's their first time. The history our team has together makes for a fun job site, and reduces stress on our clients.

Consider us an extension of your family.

Interior Design + Staging: People usually refer to interior design and staging as two different things, but we don't, and here's why. When a stager gets a house ready for sale, they rarely walk into a home that couldn't use more than decor. That's where the interior design comes in. We can tidy up your bathroom with fresh towels and a few beautiful trinkets, but it won't sell fast and for top dollar if it still has a countertop from 1980. We partner with realtors and provide both interior design and staging services to their clients, tailoring what we do for each home.  Not selling your home but still want help? Of course we do that too. And what's best is that we have a slew of tricks up our sleeve to achieve a million-dollar look without breaking the bank. We work with you to fit your project into your budget, not the other way around.

Good design doesn't have to break the bank
